- Your tuition period starts once you have enrolled on a module, and you have received your course material.
- Reduced Tuition Option for Module 2: If you’ve previously completed courses that cover the basics of astrology, similar to our Module 1 and parts of Module 2, you might qualify for reduced tuition for Module 2. To determine your eligibility, please complete this questionnaire. This will help us understand your level of knowledge and experience, allowing us to assess whether you can join Module 2 at a reduced tuition rate. Upon enrollment, your tutor will guide you through selecting certain exercises. You’ll receive detailed Guidance Notes for these exercises once completed, ensuring you have the support and advice from your tutor throughout your learning journey, regardless of their direct response to each activity.

- International Money Order: Check with your bank for any additional fees and information we may need to provide.
- Bank Transfer (UK only): If you prefer direct bank transfer, check the box on the enrolment form, and we’ll send you an invoice with our bank details.
- Course material is dispatched within ten working days after payment confirmation, often sooner.
- PDF course materials are sent across multiple emails for convenience.
- Hard Copy: You have 14 days from receipt to request a refund, provided you haven’t started the course. This excludes payment processing costs. Materials should be returned in good condition within 30 days, although refunds are processed regardless.
- PDF Format: Refunds exclude a 15% course development fee per module and payment processing costs.
- Notify us upon receipt of your course material to maintain your refund rights.
- To apply for a refund, submit a written request within 14 days of material receipt to our postal or email address. Ensure the request is genuine and verifiable. Refunds are processed within 14 days following these guidelines.
- Your 14-day cancellation right begins upon receipt of the hard copy course material or completion of PDF material dispatch.
- Multiple refund requests may limit future module purchases.
- Always communicate receipt of course materials, especially hard copies, to secure your rights for potential refunds.
- We comply with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of your information, retaining data only as necessary. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties and ensure safe handling of payment details.
