  • International Money Order: Check with your bank for any additional fees and information we may need to provide.
  • Bank Transfer (UK only): If you prefer direct bank transfer, check the box on the enrolment form, and we’ll send you an invoice with our bank details.
  • Course material is dispatched within ten working days after payment confirmation, often sooner.
  • PDF course materials are sent across multiple emails for convenience.
  • Hard Copy: You have 14 days from receipt to request a refund, provided you haven’t started the course. This excludes payment processing costs. Materials should be returned in good condition within 30 days, although refunds are processed regardless.
  • PDF Format: Refunds exclude a 15% course development fee per module and payment processing costs.
  • Notify us upon receipt of your course material to maintain your refund rights.
  • To apply for a refund, submit a written request within 14 days of material receipt to our postal or email address. Ensure the request is genuine and verifiable. Refunds are processed within 14 days following these guidelines.
  • Your 14-day cancellation right begins upon receipt of the hard copy course material or completion of PDF material dispatch.
  • Multiple refund requests may limit future module purchases.
  • Always communicate receipt of course materials, especially hard copies, to secure your rights for potential refunds.
  • We comply with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of your information, retaining data only as necessary. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties and ensure safe handling of payment details.
